It has started to turn, toning(patina) and note the contact marks (RED) and the light chatter (YELLOW) A nice clean example, this is pushing into MS range, but just not quite. There is no rub at high points, although the reverse has a weaker strike, and their is no luster disturbance in the fields. I see no hints of circulation, but it has a lot of hits. MS 63. For me, STATES OF and the memorial steps are very important. They are also difficult to find without weakness in the hair (flatness). Lincoln Cent Lover!
