chafemasterj, are all of them 1974-D? But quite an impressive set!
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Quote: U.S. territory Northern Mariana Islands counter stamped LMC... Very nice! I expect to see DC next, unless this was purely a territorial run.

@HondoBoguss Quote: ...are all of them 1974-D? Yes. All of the territories are 1974-D. All of the states in this set are strangely enough 1970-D. Here is an image of the whole set... Thought it cool how they seemed to list the states and territories in the order they were ratified as such.

This one I have absolutely no idea. I am not a gun guy. Here is a list of possibilities: Derringer, Colt 45, Luger, Colt 1860, Colt 22, Colt Frontier, S&W Revolver, Colt Peterson, P-38, 357 Colt Mag. Only thing I know for certain is that it is a revolver so I would guess the S&W Revolver. Mr. Cool was quite the gun guy. I didn't list all the different rifles from his list.

Quote: What's wrong Keith? That doesn't even look like the rivers in D.C. to me I know that Washington was originally supposed to be a square. From land given to the government, from Maryland and Viriginia The government gave the land back to Virginia. That is now Arlington County.

I'm certain that design on the DC cent is meant to represent the Potomac and Anacostia rivers.
