I call these next two 'Foil Pennies' because I'm not sure what else to call them. The reverse has a thin foil cap crimped over it with the image stamped just in the foil. If you look closely at the obverse you can see the slight overhang the thickness of the foil around the perimeter. If anyone has any information about this type of commemorative coin please share.
