My first guess is Canada but I really have no idea... I just took a decent close up of it and I'm pretty sure it is Canada... Dennman Valued Member Canada 496 Posts	Posted 01/14/2021 10:47 am Google 40/8.It was used by The Society of Forty Men and Eight Horses.During WW II French 4 wheeled box cars were used to carry 40 men or 8 Horses.Returning soldiers formed the society and used the 40/8 as a symbol .This could be a possible meaning.
