Thanks!! I like it.
I have several more error coins I am working on photographing right now. Some more major than this one. Keep an eye out for em.
This one I was going to ask about, but once I shot the photos It was obvious what this was.
Question... Can the blakesley effect be seen form the obverse and reverse sides of a clipped planchet? Or is it only present on the edge of the coin in the clip?

Nice, but it is a P mint not a D mint. John1

Concur on the off-center strike ... minor one at that but worth a small premium given the apparent well preservation.
Your title suggests Denver mint ... this coin is from Philadelphia.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

Quote: Broadstrike Coin struck without a collar, thus when the coin is struck the metal is allowed to expand and increase in diameter. May be centered or uncentered, but must not have any missing lettering or design detail. add: May qualify. Top of "STATES" seems to have room, but maybe cut off. Anything else missing besides the MM? Thanks, Doug.

The Blakesley Effect is mostly seen while viewing the face (either side) of the coin. However, the amount seen can vary greatly, with some clips showing virtually no effect or strong on one side and weak on the other. If it is strong enough, you may be able to see thinning when looking at the edge.

Very nice find!
Is that a faint die clash between LIBERTY and Lincoln?

I also see a very nice small Die Crack on the reverse Memorial. The die was in a LDS (Late Die State) and was eventually on its way out.
Errers and Varietys.

Quote: Is that a faint die clash between LIBERTY and Lincoln? Not sure didn't notice it when I looked. I will look again. I have a question about this. Can an off center strike be off by different amounts on both sides? This is what made me question this coin. Now let me explain: On the obverse the field above and to the left Lincoln looks like it was raised and stretched. I assume this is normal on a minor one of these errors. Everything from LIBERTY around to the date looks totally normal. The rim on the right is just barely missing. Now the reverse looks just like a normal off center strike. But this side is missing more of the rim and some of the tops of the devices. It looks like this side if off worse than the obverse is.

Quote: Can an off center strike be off by different amounts on both sides? Certainly. Think of it as a MAD combined with an off-center strike. I do have a question: Is the coin still round and the correct diameter?
