Another rescue from a batch of coins headed to the "bargain" bin. 500K struck for that year at Heaton's mint in Birmingham.

These coins are very rare in the home country as almost all of them were melted for metal value.

There were only two shops on the island that sold coins, and it was very rare to see anything before 1930.
