2013 Dollar 10 Consecutive Ink Smudge

enkinibiru New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 12/24/2017 03:29 am So this is my first post so I apologize I hope this is okay I found these bills in a pack of uncirculated bills and the seven smudge only happens on one spot and only through 100 bills so only 10 I don't usually pay any mind to smudges just thought it was interesting.i guess I should add do you think anyone would be interested in these.
