@vanessaspgee, it looks like there is a hex set screw on the side. Can you take an appropriately-sized Allen wrench and take this appart? I'm thinking that there are at least Two Cents in there...

its very hard to take a part on bottom theres a whole like if you can put a string through it cant find info I search the internet for anything on it no luck

It sounds like you are saying that this device has a through hole, such as for stringing as a bead, right? Also, now that I look more carefully, it looks like the top and bottom surfaces have a clear coat layer. Maybe this is jewelry? I don't think that there is much value to it, although you might be able to sell it for more than Two Cents.

Something like this maybe? An epoxy pendant maybe? String or a wire like this one went through the middle?

If the hole is threaded, I would say it is a knob of some kind.
