Can you take an appropriately-sized Allen wrench and take this appart? I'm thinking that there are at least Two Cents in there... Also, now that I look more carefully, it looks like the top and bottom surfaces have a clear coat layer. Maybe this is jewelry? I don't think that there is much value to it, although you might be able to sell it for more than Two Cents.
