That's new to me as well. I think it would fit some odd-shaped coins too, such as certain old Japanese coins.

If the shipping were not absurd to Canada, I would get some. They are intended for elongated coins, and I have a small number of these.

Yes I got them from one of the big shows I went to and the dealer was Wizard.

Interesting. I've never seen them before either. I may have to get some. I always carry a few copper cents (usually worn wheats) in my wallet just for making elongated cents.
