1972-S Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC , Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or MD And DD Also With Possible Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

Surf-city-NC Valued Member United States 137 Posts	Posted 12/25/2017 10:52 am This one has a lot going on. It's listed as an S/S RPM on ebay. I'm pretty sure that I'm seeing Machine Doubling and some Die Deterioration causing extra thickness on the date, but I also see additional vertical thickness beyond what I think is MD on the mintmark, so I'm not 100 % sure. I figured I'd run it by you experts before I tried to buy it. If I did find winner, don't bid me up too high, lol. Report this Post to the Staff
