The "1" looks off as well. Out of the 300 or so items the seller has for sale right now, this is the only coin that he has. All the rest are tokens and trade items. I'd say that it has 11' pole marks all over it, or should have. How can there be that many bidders?

the large 2 is the dead give away, but the upright one is also one of the tell signs..

The sellers heading refers to it as a "50 Cent Token Coin."
The sellers self description states "We buy and sell tokens".
All his feedback refers to buying tokens.
I don't see how anyone could think this was a genuine coin
and not a token.
Also looks like experienced buyers bidding on it.


PS:
It has been reported on the Canadian Counterfeit Coin Forum
so hopefully it will be removed before someone buys it.

I reported it.... any dealer out there would unload a CAN$70,000 the proper way, if it was legit. The merging of the leaves with the fields is a dead-giveaway too.
