Is This 1903 Straits Settlements Silver Dollar A Counterfeit?

ksammut Pillar of the Community United States 1003 Posts	Posted 12/26/2017 6:57 pm I was searching through ebay listings of world coins and I came across this. I see several things that could make it a counterfeit: 1) A possible seam-line (Obverse: 11-12 o'clock and Reverse: 12-3 o'clock) 2) Line streaks coming from "ONE DOLLAR" on the reverse 3) Chop Marks look strange to me I could be mistaken, but I wouldn't want anyone to be taken advantage of.
