I apologize for all the 1970-S posts but if you don't know what to call it, it can be hard to find on a reference site.
I am not posting the weird die chips, die cracks and "normal" things I find. :)
I am curious if this is a weak strike or Die Deterioration causing the "smearing" in the section of the coin. Lots of marks/trails going NNW...
Second question is what causes the wavy roof line and platform/steps line? Thanks!

Looks like an abraded die from mint employees trying to remove a die clash.
