1995 D LMC Doubling-Machine?

Hey all, can you help me with whether this is Machine Doubling or a true doubled die? I'm still trying to learn how to tell the difference. All other areas of the coin appear normal, but there is definitely some doubling on the "995" and "D"

Are you saying to the right on the plating? That is Die Deterioration Doubling. It is in direction of outside edge, metal flow movement

I'm referring to the "shadow" under the date and the mintmark, if that is what you are referring to. I hadn't thought about it being Die Deterioration

It looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me.
