1995 P Nickel Die Scrapes?

The reverse has raised lines across the field and under some devices. Are these die scrapes? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The die is showing some age, but the die face (fields) looks like it was roughed up while it was not in the normal use of the die. Perhaps slid across a surface that left gouges on the die face. (Leaving raised lines on the fields on coins struck) Die damage.

Probably no premium for this. If you needed to keep it for educational purposes you might keep it. Save odd stuff in a tube.
