In your opinion, would this crossover to a straight grade? Or maybe I should say, what are the chances it would crossover?

Thanks!

If ICG didn't grade it straight, I'm not sure ANACS, NGC or PCGS will.

l can't see the number of problems necessary to grade a 60.

Personally, if this stayed in a VF price range I might take the gamble.

But something is strange that ICG would 60 it.

ICG is legit, have confidence there. The coin has 100% been cleaned - the pictures are pretty clear.

It's what I call a "bag holder" coin. Whomever is holding it IS the bag holder!

Too bad , it would have been a nice coin if it wasn't cleaned . However the 3 or 4 hits on the nose wouldn't have sit right with me being a stickler .

The surfaces are lifeless from cleaning. A details grade is accurate in my opinion
