This popped out of a roll of 1976-D Lincoln Memorial Cents today. The weight is right for a copper cent but the finish is missing. Whatever it is, it is cool looking.

May have been nickle plated at one time and from circulation it mostly worn off - You see the newer scratch shows copper underneath. Your pics really don't show Silver, just environmental toning. Or what some people call "circulation cameo" -

I think it's just environmental damage (ED).

@SF11Dude, in addition to plating or environmental damage, one other way that folks have gotten copper coins to look silvery is by coating them with Mercury. However it was done on your coin, it is only worth face value.

I agree. However, it has a decent circulation cameo look and that makes it a fun keeper (although not one that will make you wealthy).
