Could someone help in grading that coin? General condition/ Amount of wear? It was cleaned?

For a coin this age I'm not seeing the wear. Possibly on the "acorns" in the crown and the hearing on the obverse. Could be just a weak/normal strike or soft feature dies. I'm more concerned with what I am seeing as diagonal streaks (hairlines) predominately on the obverse?
