I found a 2000 Roosevelt dime that I believe has errors but do not know where to take/send it for evaluation. I have uploaded front/back photos for advice.

I am very ignorant about coin jargon - What does "cladding" and " PSD" mean? Should I send it off for evaluation or is it just a worthless coin?

It's worth 10 cents it was just heated causing the clad to bubble clad is the outer 2 layers of the coin if you look at the side. PSD is post strike damage also known as PMD which is post mint damage

You will get a more in detail answer what clad is in a few I'm sure

Just a damaged coin.
Cladding on post 1965 one newer coins removed silver from the circulation coins. The copper center has a cladding on copper-nickel silver colored metal added to them. When heated the metal, expands unequally leaving a bubbled areas on the coins.
Post-Strike-Damaged = PSD
Just worth a dime.

to the Community!

Cladding is the outer layers (cupronickel alloy), they are sandwiched to a core of pure copper.

PSD is Post Strike Damage. This means the damage you see occurred after the coin was minted.
Rest in Peace
