It's called a Dryer Coin! the Zinc has been exposed.it is not a silver Ike edge!plain old Zincoln has been going round and round the circle in the dryer for a while.
@mickielespi, I agree with @chase007 on this. An interesting find so keep if you want, but only worth face value. If you use the CCF search function at the top left of your screen, you can see other examples of so-called Dryer Coins that have been posted previously.
