What is your question? I see a scratched 1990-P (Philadelphia Mint) coin, and only one side of it. Both sides can sometimes help in this analysis. If that is raised up, it is nothing more tha what is known as a "Linear Plating Bubbles". Corrosion is forming between the copper plating and zinc core....why we just luv the stinkin zinkins so very much!
