I found this in a circulated roll of U.S. Pennies from a bank box. It was a very good bank box. Found a lot of error coins. This Die Clash has been over polished with Diamond paste, but they couldn't get rid of that Y! That is what I call a fail.

Yep! Now I do and I am very happy! The U.S. Mint Employee just couldn't polish the Y off of the die! My second favorite Die Clashes of all time! Now this is a keeper for sure.

Thank you Crazyb0! Yeehaw is the perfect word for this! Pretty funny comment! Anyway, this was a pretty surprising find as it wasn't expected at all. It just came out of nowhere in front of my eyes.

You know why 83 was/a good year forverrors don't you? The mint was having to retool after changing composition, the lighter planchets were causing havoc on machinery set for the heavier planchets!
