would this be a Retained Cud on the obverse?

1989-Lincoln-Cent-With-Obverse-&-Reverse-Errors

and on the reverse - would this be a die crack and DDD or slide doubling on the FG initials?

All I am seeing is a worn die issue obverse and reverse.

I agree with John1 on this. Very Late Die State coin. I also see that the die sunked in on the right of the date (common for the 1980's).
