66RD really clean except for the hit in front of the chin and the forehead.

I'll go MS65RED too - I think the obverse hits will prevent it from a 66 - but really tough to call.

There is a nick on his forhead and a nick in the field in front of his chin - I have no 66's with those problems so I can't see how it can even be close to a 67. Look at all the "roughness" on the reverse! Just because it's "shiny" doesn't mean high grade!

I believe those small hits are irrelevant on this coin , standing fast at 66 .

It all comes down the eye appeal. Something we can't see. All we can do is mentally try to picture how the coin would look if in-hand. There are a few deductions on the obverse - the biggy is the hit on the forehead. The pictures may be blowing it up. There are a few minor field hits and white spots. The fields look real nice. The reverse is outstanding. The biggest issue is the strike in PLU and in the O in ONE. There are some minor ticks on the reverse devices but the fields look awesome. PCGS hands out 66 to these like candy, 65 would be bad news for the OP coin IMO: http://www.PCGScoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/2725

Nice Wheat cent, MS 65+ now wouldn't that be different? I have 2 MS 66 wheat's an 1959 and a 1958 D and yours looks real close to mine. The nick on the head drew my attention right away but other than that this coins a cherry. 65+ send it in and let us know.

If these PCGS examples are 67+, then the OP's coin has got to be at least an MS72! Have you looked close at the PCGS pictures/examples? They have got to be stock/boilerplate photos.
