Cert checks out fine on PCGS, seller's other listings look ok, I don't see anything really suspicious about the slab, barcode or the hologram.

I've see other old PCGS holders where the paper has somehow slipped out of place. I think the camera angle might exasperate the problem on this one. Seller offers a return policy. If you like it buy it. If it seems fishy in hand return it.

The camera angle is a little off which may be what it is. Some of the older holders can look funky depending on the picture, it probably would benefit from a remolder. The good news is it's a Morgan so you can always VAM it and if it matches up should be good to go

Sounds like I'm being a bit cautious. I've not purchased coins from ebay in a long time... primarily due to the abundance of fakes. thanks for the feedback!

What is the world coming to when you have to worry about fake PCGS slabs floating around? I give up.

Don't give up, but faking slabs is a sophisticated business and you need to be careful. Everything is faked these days. Heck, I understand that most of the "active users" on this forum are fakes.
