Errors 1964 Kennedy Halves

I have a tube of I guess uncirculated 64 Kennedy halves although they are somewhat scratched. I found these two of interest. The first has either a clip or punch through on the reverse rim. The second has a punch through on the neck cut line. Do I have it right. Thanks and Happy New Year. Rich

Die chip and a few bit of lamination issues. (Don't see this often on the silver halves, but it does happen)

Neither. They are more of a downer for value, unless they are real extreme. These happen like acne.

The rim disturbance might be from damage on the edge. If the reeds are flattened, it might just have been dropped.

Looking at the image again, it maybe some debris struck onto that area and is now moving a bit. It happens:
