I'm sure some of you are sick of me saying that a coin looks like it has been dipped, too white, over-dipped, etc. Well, here's an example of a completely original, beautiful, crusty Half Dime. This is how a 100+ year old, circulated should look and what could/should bring a premium today based on all the cleaned junk out there.

I'm actually glad somebody is persisting on this issue, because it may raise collector awareness.
I also expect to see some toning on 50+ year old silver coins, and certainly those exceeding 130 years!
This is a great coin, and I hope I'll see a trend towards silver coins with an original surface.
Of course, with all the dipping going on, coins like this will become very scarce!
