I am not that good at grading early copper coins such as half/large cents, but I think F-12.

VG8, rim damage, cleaned. Of course, with "market acceptable" grading, they will put it in a straight grade holder. The MAD strike is a nice bonus, though.

I think it will grade VG-10. Looks like it will straight grade to me. Nice coin!
