Anyone know what would cause this partial pattern on the obverse and reverse of a coin fresh from its mint cello package? Thanks.

Some contaminate from from the cello. Not a premium issue. More of a negative for the coin. (reminds me of the "Twilight Zone" introduction.

Looks like oil stains to me too. Maybe dispersed by the bubbles from another cello? No way to tell for sure without a witness.
