I'm not sure if I'm seeing a folded fin or a Cud on the obverse, and whether I'm seeing die cracks or a clash on the reverse. I checked Cuds on coins, but didn't find a match if it is a Cud.

I would say the obverse has a folded Rim Fin. On the reverse, there may be a bit of a clash in the third and fourth bays of the Memorial. On the lower right of the Memorial is a nice die crack.
