Are you looking to verify a variety or are you looking for opinions on its grade?

I hate to burst your bubble, but this is a CAM. It looks a little like a wan due to die wear. Notice how the left leg of the M is slimmer than the right? They should be the same width.

Also the WAM errors only apply to coins from Philly I believe.

It is definitely a normal Close AM. Think more about the centering of the M between the A and E than how close together any letters are. On a Wide AM, the M should be centered between the adjacent letters. Also, a Wide AM would have the A in STATES centered between the T's. On yours, it is closer to the second T, which means Close AM.

You are right, Mont. The only collectable Wide AM's are on Philadelphia mint cents and only 1998-2000.

I would like to add that your images, especially the close up images, are very good. Well done.
