In third picture the coin is noticeably larger.

It's a cast copy of unknown material. What is the weight and diameter? It is an attempt at what I have no clue, but it looks like a CAD of a coin, meaning it was etched by laser, where did you make it?

to the forum!

It looks like a " Texas Cent".

You can make them by placing a cent between two pieces of thick leather, then hammering them out to the desired size.

Just askin', but if you squished a cent to make the diameter larger, wouldn't the thickness necessarily be less? In the OP's edge pic, the seems the same or perhaps a little thicker. @Sek1210, can you confirm whether this piece is also thicker than a "normal" cent?

Looks the same thickness matey a slight thicker

Back in 1983, my dad placed a new penny into a micro sand blaster. Took the copper coating right off and left the zinc cent. I still have it....somewhere. Maybe the same thing was dome to take the copper off?
