I just started checking some 1960-D rolls and noticed the first column of the Memorial on the reverse is doubled.
Is there any significance or spendable?

There are four columns that have doubling as part of the design, to make it look 3D.

So it is normal. The inner columns sometimes get polished partly or fully, but still no premium for those either. It is the extra columns that are varieties. ID 1994 Cent:

Keep in mind there can be die scratches that simulate some of these, but if that is the case, they can bee from the top or bottom of the columns sometimes.
Rest in Peace

Thank you all for the input. So the vertices LINE ON the L means what if you don't mind me asking and is this something I should look for in the future? Thanks for educating me.
