I noticed LIBERTY had some notching and noticed there is an odd mark near the "R" in LIBERTY. Thoughts?

It might be the result of an over-polished die but I can't say for sure. It would help to see the whole coin.

if it was a clash why is curved ?going by coops pics it would be straight ?
