That looks like MD, but there are some cents that show doubling similar to that. I believe the years are from the 1960's but I don't remember for sure, the face was retooled on the die making all coins struck with it show a doubled image. There isn't a premium for it since many thousands of coins were minted the same way. Maybe someone with a better memory can tell you which years that was seen on.
