Looks to me like gas bubbles under the copper plating. The zinc is rotting under the copper plating. Try poking the bubbles with a tooth pick. I said this about a different thread yesterday and I was wrong, yesterday's was a "BIE" die chip on a 1983 but I beleive I'm right this time

it looks like gas bubbles under the plating. If you can, please post closeup images of those areas.

Here is the CCF Free Image Optimizer to help crop your images so the image of the actual coin can be larger.
