So I found this in an uncirculated roll of 2017 P cents just so I can get a better sense of grading I would like to know what it would be I looked at PCGS example of a ms67 and it looks better then it but I wouldn't give it more then like a ms62 at best. I will take a few more pictures with different light angles if the pictures don't work

Yeah, those dark areas and highlights aren't good for grading from pics.

I'll have to work on getting one tomorrow I can't get a good one for some reason

Looks like a real nice example, at least 66RD. It seems a lot of the grade by the TPG's hinges on water spots.

Wouldn't you think those water spots would come off with acetone?

Mrzllewellyn- I still see a few small spots but it's still a great example, considering what's out there today!

It seems to have a satin finish rather then that high shine luster finish.

I think it's just lighting because it's pretty shiny
