There's been discussions about those pesky carbon spots on these 2017 P's that just will not come off. So I've been keeping my eyes open for clean/spot free ones. I'll post the three best ones I've found. I'll put one coin (6 different lighting shots) on three different posts so you can see the difference between them. The unfortunate thing here (just my luck), the ones I have found fairly clean of spots have hits and chatter.

One other thing, I found these from bank rolls. Something else that seemed rather odd. 99% of the coins I have looked through have super shiny luster. These three had more of a satin finish/luster. Thanks for looking.

Get those in air tights FAST. Let us know in a year if they are still spot free.

Those appear to be nice examples but it takes more than being spot free to hit the high grades. You also need blazing luster, clean fields and devices. I see some hits in the fields of these. Compare to the PCGS graded examples:

No, No, wait a minute. This can not be their example of an MS67RD? Please tell me it's not. Man, there are hit, spots and chatter all over this thing!

I know it's crazy, right? It's gotta be just a Boilerplate photo! I'm not an expect. If this is an MS67, ours have got to be MS71's!

It's all about eye appeal, something you can't get 100% out of photographs.
