Looks like we have a few different Loons coming this year.
I'm going to assume there will be another Olympic Loon of some type (hopefully a new design ) and in addition to that we are getting three new Oh Canada Loons, one uncoloured one red coloured glow in the dark and one green coloured glow in the dark.
They are a bit busy but a nice idea.
I just hope they don't also release them in silver proof, or have any more ideas that they want to release in a bunch of other variations.

Hope they get the Olympic one out soon before the games start. Got a link or more info on those 3 new loons? Was wondering how long it would be until the loonie got colour. Looks like this is the year.

I considered stopping with collecting the loons, when they issued the gold ones in 2017... completion was hard enough to keep up, the annual birthday, wedding, circulated coin sets (but priced like old PL sets) and so on...

sigh... just too many...

I know how you feel I was so close to stopping my collection as well but .... OCD kicks in :(
As long as they don't keep coming out with expensive variations of the same coin over and over and over!
I guess I will keep my set going for the time being.
@ Loonielewy No link sorry I seen the new Loons on a survey asking if I would buy them in special ( insert $$$$ here ) wrapped rolls.
It was actually a funny survey because one question was if it was important that my special wrapped roll had different sides of the coin showing at each end.
Seems to me like a no brainer, why buy a special roll if all you can see is the Queen (no offence to Her Majesty intended )
Im surprised they didn't ask if I would buy a special roll with just 2 coins in it and some kind of filler in between, If your the type of person that collects pretty wrapped rolls it wouldn't really matter.

Stop giving them idea's. Glad to see that they actually wanted a real collectors opinion.

I don't go into all the varieties of the loon. I just get the one's I like. You guy's nailed it. Just to many to fill a complete set.

At some point this hear I want to continue my loonie collection. I'm sticking with regular and circulating commems, not so much the birthday type coins and etc.
