Found this Jefferson with a slight crack or something on the back. Looking for some clarification please.

It looks like a Die Crack with a Die Chip connected to it.

Looks a bit like a lamination. But I've not seen a lamination on this series yet? Whats by the 'S' on Cents?

That looks like a contact mark to me, possibly from a coin with a reeded edge.
