looks ms64 but has a dipped look

 to CCF. Not worth the costs involved to have it slabbed.A coin need to have a minimum retail value of $150 to justify the slabbing costs. John1

 to the CCF. Your 1921 Morgan dollar is a common date coin and appears to be mid-MS in grade. The cost of TPG certification would be prohibitive relative to the coins value. Enjoy it as it is.

I think the sky as the light source lit it up a little too much. It is shiny.
But your right it isn't mirror like a proof. Satin shiny

I like the look of the reverse more than the obverse, but as John1 and Nicklesearcher said, not really worth the price to have it slabbed.

 To CCF , Not only has it been dipped ,but the coin has a lot of hits and scratches . Don't bother to have it graded .
