This piece has character and is in pretty good shape given the level of wear. Yes, the reverse does look G4 but the obverse is better. I'd go G06 overall and it has claims to VG8.

Weak rims but look at all that hair and detail on the Bust of Liberty. I think it grades VG-8.

This coin has a VG look but the problem is that it does not have full rims. net G6 for that shortcoming.
