Hi,

Found this in change yesterday. As you can see in very bad shape & that date can't be deciphered. Then when you turn it over to the reverse, it is blank. It is in bad shape, but the reverse is slick, like it was not struck at the mint. Is this a real error & how did it survive in the wild this long without one of us finding it. Please advise. Thanks
