I moved your first thread to the proper section

You need to either type a reply in the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of the page, or click "Reply to Topic". Not "New Topic" each time

What you show is a decent looking coin. It may be worth a few cents. That's the last year that wheat cents were made and they are not difficult to find in BU (brilliant uncirculated) condition.

Showing a pic of the reverse may help and is encouraged.

I am interested in what else you may have in the "nest". Sometimes, what seems to be valuable is not and what looks like junk may be a prize.

and I look forward to your posts!

As a rough estimate of this coins value you can assume this coin in average condition will be valued at somewhere around 15 cents, while one in certified mint state (MS+) condition could bring as much as $1 at auction.

Have fun with your research.
Rest in Peace

Go on ebay and sell it for $.89, will cover postage, envelope and a paper insert to hold coin in a holder from sliding around. That'll cover fees too, you'll maybe make 25 cents, but don't expect many buyers. I try6 to sell lots of BU/UNC 56-58 Wheats and as T-Bop will attest, it don't sell at all at $2.29 shipped! That's 30 cents each, MS62 or better...ggo figure.
