Optimist-numismatist Pillar of the Community Canada 683 Posts	Posted 01/20/2018 5:20 pm I find that's usually the excuse giving by tpgs, but seriously this is clearly wear and not just a "weak strike". and another reason why I prefer ICCS and actually grading the coin myself before buying it. TheCoinHunter Pillar of the Community Canada 1461 Posts	Posted 01/21/2018 11:27 am You don't have to go far....eBay has many weakly struck KGV ICCS graded dimes in MS...Here is an example I own. ICCS graded MS62. This coin has more wear at some key wear points and more importantly on the rim than the coin in the OP here.
