I'll start it off with this 1957-D Franklin, golden at the periphery but toned overall to a dreadful leaden color. Maybe it turned after encapsulation, but regardless it's without a doubt the most unsightly MS64 in my collection.

Kinda icky. Keep in mind that toning does not factor in to a technical numeric grade, although it certainly affect eye appeal, or lack thereof.

This is currently my lowest certified Mint State coin:

It's not the worst MS coin in the world, but it does suffer from a soft strike and a bit of gunk around 4 o'clock on the reverse.
