Are the scratches/marks at the top right of this coin normal hits from being in a bag or would a TPG consider this damage and "details" it? Thanks!

I can't say for certain from the quality of the picture, but those could potentially be hairlines indicative of cleaning. If that is the case, the coin would indeed receive a details grade.

Looks like it has extensive scratches near ERT in LIBERTY. Definitely not bag marks and would details in my opinion.

those parallel lines do look like hand cleaning. Unless they are die polishing marks which would be raised above the field. Can't tell from that blurry photo.

I'm going to go out on a limb here . The coin has been cleaned but I don't think those upper right hand scratches are from cleaning . Natural clashes ,AU Details .

Despite some advice so far, I don't believe anyone on the forum can tell based on that pic. Raised lines are indicative of die polish lines which are part of the coin manufacturing and are considered acceptable. Indented scratches could be from cleaning or something like a staple scratch. It looks like the coin is in a TPG holder. What do they say?

Unfortunately it's not my coin, these are just stock photos I found online. I'm trying to learn more about what is considered normal bag "hits" and what is considered "damage/details." This coin straight graded so I was curious if they were just some kind of a polishing line or bag hit or if the TPG got it wrong. Here's a few more pics..
