coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 01/21/2018 2:17 pm Well it has been out there in circulation for 20+ years. Life happened to it. The surface was removed from the coin perhaps normally or through something added to clean the coin. The lines are the rolling lines of the stock material that is usually hid under the shiny surface of the coin that was there when it was new. Also add stain to the coin are now showing on surface. Pretty much a spender. Nothing for a premium for this coin. Put it back to work, doing the job it was made for. Edited by coop 01/21/2018 2:18 pm Report this Post to the Staff
