Is this considered die doubling? Double strike?

Looks like Machine Doubling. The dies were also in their LDS-VLDS die state when your coin was struck. Not a doubled die. After the strike with the worn dies, the dies moved a bit, pushing several devices and rim edges in a direction that the coin was struck in. No premium for this.
