Hard to tell. I think if it is not PMD, it would be classified as a skirted R.

It's a "skirted R" because of the die chip between the legs. It would not be a BIE unless it broke between the letters. Nice find!

Thanks so much for the info. I just found this coin CRH in my 3rd box of the year. Before putting the wheats away I been checking them out good and noticed the R looked off. It is now in a 2X2 and labeled thanks to the info from here!!
